# Regras de Grupos legais e Ilegais

{% hint style="success" %}
**Queremos reforçar, de forma clara, os princípios que regem o nosso servidor, garantindo que todos compreendam que não iremos perdoar violações às normas estabelecidas.**
{% endhint %}

* **Regra da Unicidade de Liderança:** Cada grupo deve ter apenas um líder em tempo integral. O líder é responsável por todas as ações do grupo e deve estar ativo no servidor. Se um líder ficar ausente por um longo período sem uma razão válida, a liderança do grupo será reconsiderada.

* **Regra da Proporcionalidade de Conflitos:** Os grupos podem entrar em conflito uns com os outros, mas devem respeitar a proporcionalidade. Ou seja, um grupo com 10 membros não pode atacar um grupo com apenas 3 membros. Isso visa garantir um ambiente de jogo justo para todos.

* **Regra da Transparência Organizacional:** Todos os grupos devem manter um registo atualizado de seus membros, estrutura hierárquica e territórios controlados. Este registo deve ser acessível a administração no sistema de grupos dentro do servidor. Mantem "informados" todos os jogadores de quem ocupa o seu território.

* **Regra da Negociação Pacífica:** Antes de começar um conflito com outro grupo, deve-se tentar uma negociação pacífica para resolver a disputa. A violência deve ser sempre o último recurso.

* **Regra da Neutralidade Administrativa:** Os administradores do servidor não podem ser líderes ou membros de qualquer grupo. Eles devem permanecer neutros para garantir a imparcialidade ao lidar com disputas entre grupos.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://mta-portugal-roleplay.gitbook.io/mta-portugal-roleplay/regulamento/servidor/regras-de-grupos-legais-e-ilegais.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
